As a Staff Engineer, you will play a vital role in defining and implementing best practices for Wi-Fi validation. This role will involve working with cross-functional teams, including firmware developers, product managers, and test teams, to ensure that the Wi-Fi products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and inter operability across various environments.

Your profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelors or Masters in ECE or Computer Science.
- 5 to 11 years of hands-on software testing & automation experience.
- Strong understanding of WLAN standards (IEEE 802.11 family).
- Good networking knowledge of TCP/IP.
- Positive experience in automation using Python, Shell scripting.
- Familiar with software release management and deployment (Git, CI/CD).
- Participates in product/software design reviews to understand feature design and provides inputs pro-actively.
- Manage Infrastructure, develop test topologies and prepare use cases for validation.
- Documents software defects, using a bug tracking system, and works closely with cross functional teams for resolution.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Networks with colleagues within own domain to gain insight, ideas, and connections. Shares information with peers and junior engineers.
