Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural engineering activities for complex Marine, Offshore, and Oil & Gas projects. The role requires solid technical expertise in offshore structural design and analysis, project ownership, engineering leadership, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead structural engineering and design for offshore jackets, topsides, FPSOs, subsea structures, and marine facilities.
- Perform, review, and approve ULS, FLS, ALS, and non-linear structural analyses.
- Execute advanced structural analysis using STAAD Pro, SACS, SESAM, ANSYS, or equivalent software.
- Lead engineering packages and ensure compliance with schedule, cost, quality, and technical requirements.
- Review and approve structural designs, calculations, drawings, methodologies,



and technical decisions.
- Develop structural engineering methodologies, design strategies, and project execution approaches.
- Support lifting, load-out, transportation, installation, and temporary works analyses.
- Ensure compliance with applicable API, ISO, DNV, AISC, and project-specific standards.
- Review and approve technical deviations, design changes, and engineering deliverables.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams including Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, and Project Management.
- Interface effectively with clients, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct technical design reviews, risk assessments, constructability reviews, and value engineering studies.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to strengthening technical team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering procedures, standards, calculations, and documentation.
