Job Title: BIM Manager Location: Hyderabad, India Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled BIM Manager to lead and manage BIM operations for F&B;, retail outlets, restaurant, and hospitality projects . The ideal candidate will oversee BIM standards, workflows, coordination, and project delivery while leading a team of BIM Architects and BIM Modelers. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience managing multiple fast-paced retail and hospitality projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the BIM team, including BIM Architects and BIM Modelers. Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and project execution strategies. Oversee BIM coordination and ensure accurate development of architectural and MEP models. Manage BIM deliverables, project timelines, and quality standards across multiple projects. Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.



Conduct clash detection reviews and resolve coordination issues using BIM tools. Ensure all BIM models and drawings comply with company standards, client requirements, and project specifications. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to team members. Support project planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, software, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. 8–12 years of experience in BIM and architectural project coordination. Solid experience in F&B;, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or commercial projects is mandatory. Proven experience leading BIM teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
