Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Qualification & Client Engagement

* Understand customer requirements and qualify leads generated by the sales/marketing team.

* Act as the first point of contact to explain the company's solutions and offerings.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

2. Solution Presentation & Demonstration

* Prepare and deliver customized product/service presentations and demos.

* Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions.

* Address client queries, objections, and technical concerns effectively.

3. Proposal & Documentation

* Draft proposals, quotations, and RFP/RFQ responses in coordination with the sales team.

* Create solution documentation, case studies, and value propositions.

* Ensure proposals meet client needs while aligning with business goals.

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams

* Work closely with sales, product
