We are currently seeking a Active Directory Engineer - Active Directory / Entra ID to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

he L1 User Provisioning Engineer performs day‑to‑day user lifecycle operations: account creation, access changes, deprovisioning, and entitlement requests across on‑prem and cloud identity systems. This role follows documented workflows, meets SLA targets, troubleshoots Tier‑1 access issues, and escalates complex incidents to L2/L3 teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Process onboarding/offboarding: create, modify, disable accounts in Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, and core SaaS apps. (High accuracy required.)
- Execute access requests from ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira); follow approval flows and close tickets within SLAs.
- Run and monitor provisioning jobs: SCIM connectors, AD syncs,



and reconciliation; log and remediate routine failures.
- Support entitlement reviews: prepare artifacts, assist certification campaigns, and update access records for audits.
- Tier‑1 troubleshooting: password resets, MFA issues, application access errors; escalate unresolved incidents.
- Maintain runbooks and documentation; suggest small automation improvements (PowerShell/Python) to reduce manual steps.

Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years in IT support, helpdesk, or IAM operations.
- Hands‑on with Active Directory and at least one cloud IAM (Azure AD/Entra, Okta, or similar).
- Familiarity with SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM, MFA concepts.
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and SLA‑driven workflows.
- Basic scripting for automation (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
