Responsibilities

For our IT center, we are looking for a new, determined and enthusiast colleague who should be responsible for:

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test and deploy software solutions for backend systems
- Establish, monitor and maintain automated testing
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with the automated tests
- Improve existing testing automation or design more efficient testing
- Understand the needs of a product to advise on and design testing strategies
- Compile and report results in an automated manner and in real time
- Create technical documentation
- Research and implement industry advancements
- Analyzing and estimating the automation development efforts
- Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them
- Coordination of 2+ junior and/or mid team members

Profile required

Requirements:
- Technical relevant knowledge, IT studies (graduate);




- Relevant experience in test automation and software development, 3+ years relevant experience in IT;
- Design, implement, test, deploy and document backend solutions;
- Knowledge of programming languages Python and Java;
- Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver;
- Knowledge of SO (Windows, Unix);
- Knowledge of GitLab, TestRail or equivalent tools;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken;
- Solution-oriented person, with determination and ability to respect deadlines;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Cooperation and team spirit;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, understanding of business objectives and risks.
- DevOps knowledge and skills are a plus
