Purpose And Overview Of The Role

This role will serve as a trusted partner to the Global Treasury Coverage (GTC) leadership team, driving strategic execution, business performance and organisational effectiveness across the franchise. The role combines strategic planning, financial and operational management, governance oversight, transformation delivery and stakeholder engagement to support the growth and evolution of GTC. Acting as an advisor to senior leadership, the role will help translate strategic priorities into executable outcomes while ensuring disciplined business management, strong controls and sustainable franchise growth.

Key Accountabilities
- Partner with senior leadership to shape business priorities, drive execution, and monitor performance against strategic, financial and operational objectives.
- Lead business planning, management reporting, performance analytics and executive decision support across the GTC franchise.
- Drive organisational effectiveness through operating model enhancements, process simplification,



automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, headcount planning and productivity tracking.
- Coordinate governance forums, leadership reviews, regulatory commitments and control activities, ensuring solid risk and compliance oversight.
- Act as a central point of coordination across business, product, COO, Finance, Risk, Compliance, HR and Technology teams to deliver franchise priorities.
- Lead business reviews, executive communications, board materials, leadership presentations and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support workforce planning, talent development, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide business management support for client strategy, market analysis and senior client engagements.
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business performance, client outcome
