About the role

Eplanet Soft is looking for an experienced Senior SEO Manager / SEO Lead who can take complete ownership of SEO strategy, execution, team management, and organic growth across multiple client projects.

This is a senior-level role for someone who understands both traditional SEO and the evolving search landscape, including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI search, entity optimization, and semantic SEO.

The ideal candidate should be able to develop strategies, identify growth opportunities, guide the SEO team, work closely with content and development teams, communicate with clients, and connect SEO performance with business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple projects.
- Create monthly, quarterly, and long-term organic growth plans.
- Conduct advanced keyword, competitor, content, and search-intent research.




- Manage technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, canonicals, redirects, page speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site architecture.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, service pages, location pages, and blogs.
- Build solid internal linking and content architecture strategies.
- Develop content strategies based on keyword clusters, topic authority, entities, and user intent.
- Identify featured snippet, People Also Ask, and direct-answer opportunities.
- Develop and execute AEO strategies for answer-driven and conversational search.
- Support GEO strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered and generative search experiences.
- Improve content structure, factual clarity, authority, and contextual relevance for AI-driven discovery.
