Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced design Manager with a solid background in 3D Model / multidisciplinary design integration to join our Global Engineering Center team to execute International and Local projects in India.
The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those who have worked in an EPC environment, international project experience and possess a deep understanding of 3D models, Piping, Structural, E&I;, modelling tools. The role requires exceptional Design skills, including the ability to coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Design execution for water and wastewater treatment projects globally.
- Ensure that design is completed accurately within schedule and budget.
- Support the Head of Engineering Manager in establishing, maintaining and applying procedures and protocols that will enhance the quality, efficiency and repeatability of design activities throughout the department.
- Oversee and actively participate in the provision of CAD support to engineering, and project execution.
- Lead / Manage 3rd party design company / outsourcing party to complete the project
