· Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Draughtsmanship.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp and Revit is an added advantage.

· Strong drafting skills with the ability to prepare accurate Architectural and Landscape drawings, detailed construction drawings, and coordinated CAD documentation based on design inputs from architects

· Valuable understanding of Architectural, Landscape, and construction detailing.

· Ability to coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams.

· Good communication and client-handling skills.

· Willingness to attend client meetings and conduct site visits as required.

· Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team with minimal supervision and meet project deadlines.

· Candidates Preferably in or around Thane.
