We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Corporate Business Head with a proven track record in the Security & Cleaning Services industry. The candidate must be able to independently generate sales leads, identify prospective corporate clients, meet them, and successfully close (crack) deals.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads independently for recent corporate clients (offices, malls, factories, hospitals, residential societies, banks, institutions).
2. Identify prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
3. Schedule client meetings, give presentations, and prepare proposals/quotations.
4. Negotiate and close deals; get new contracts signed.
5. Handle bids/tenders on the GEM Portal (Government e-Marketplace) and generate business from government clients.
6. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat/renewal business.
7. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide regular reports to management.
8. Track competitor activity and market trends.
9. Guide/lead junior sales staff (if any).
