About LaundrywalaLaundrywala is a growing qualified laundry and dry-cleaning brand in India, providing laundry, dry cleaning, steam ironing, shoe cleaning, home-fabric cleaning, pickup and delivery, and other garment-care services.

We are expanding our franchise network across India and are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager who can handle franchise enquiries, communicate with potential investors, conduct presentations, follow up effectively, and convert qualified leads into successful franchise partners.

- Job ResponsibilitiesManage the complete franchise sales cycle from initial enquiry to final closure.
- Handle inbound franchise leads generated through digital marketing, calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Conduct calls, online meetings and franchise presentations with prospective investors.
- Understand the investor's budget, preferred location and business requirements before proposing the suitable franchise opportunity.
- Explain the Laundrywala franchise business model, investment structure, operational support and franchise process clearly.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective franchise partners and move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate professionally and convert qualified prospects into franchise closures.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules and sales updates in CRM.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations and onboarding teams after franchise closure.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
- Share regular sales reports, pipeline status and lead feedback with management.




- Identify potential franchise opportunities in different cities and markets across India.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2 year of experience in Franchise Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development or a similar sales role.
- Previous experience in franchise selling is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion and closing abilities.
- Comfortable handling leads over phone, WhatsApp, video meetings and face-to-face meetings.
- Good understanding of sales follow-up and lead conversion.
- Target-oriented and capable of working in a performance-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and confident in handling prospective investors.
- Basic knowledge of CRM or lead-management tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal marketing and operations teams.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with prior experience in industries such as franchise consulting, retail franchises, food & beverage franchises, service franchises, education franchises, business opportunities, real estate, B2B sales or investment-based sales will be preferred.
