Job Title: Shopify Website Management ExecutiveWe are looking for a Shopify Website Management Executive who is active, quick to learn, responsible, and has good English communication skills. The candidate should have a valuable understanding of online store operations and be able to manage day-to-day Shopify website activities efficiently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage customer orders on the Shopify website.
- Check order details and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Handle customer queries through email and chat in a professional and polite manner.
- Provide timely replies and assistance regarding orders, products, delivery, and other customer concerns.
- Upload product images and create/update product listings on Shopify.
- Update product titles, descriptions, prices, variants, inventory, and other product information when required.
- Maintain accurate and organized product listings on the website.
- Coordinate with the team regarding order-related or customer-related issues.
- Regularly check the website for any product, listing, or order-related errors.
- Perform other website management and e-commerce support tasks as assigned.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGood English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good understanding and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify or experience managing an e-commerce website will be preferred.
- Must be fast, active, attentive, and responsible.
- Good typing and computer skills.
- Comfortable handling customer emails and live chat.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete work within deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
