Job DescriptionWe are hiring Customer Support Executives / Process Associates for multiple reputed BPO and MNC clients across Delhi NCR, Jaipur and Pune.
The selected candidates will be responsible for handling international customers through voice, chat or blended processes, resolving queries, providing accurate information and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through international voice, chat or blended processes.
- Provide skilled and effective customer support.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer-handling standards.
- Follow process guidelines, quality parameters and compliance requirements.
- Accurately update customer information and interaction details in the system.
- Achieve assigned productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets.
- EligibilityEducation: Graduate / Undergraduate – depending on the client requirement.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply for selected processes.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in US / UK / Australian or rotational shifts.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from office.
- International BPO / Customer Support experience will be an added advantage.
