- Install, configure, deploy, and commission hardware, networking equipment, and technical systems at customer sites.
- Perform in office installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of deployed equipment.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth deployment activities.
- Diagnose technical issues, perform basic repairs, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service activities, equipment status, and site reports.
