Position: Security Guard

Location: Basaveshwara Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka

Type: Full time 12-hour shifts. Day & Night shifts available

Experience: 0-3 years preferred. Freshers with valid training certificate welcome

Role & Responsibilities:

- Access Control: Monitor entry/exit points for residents, visitors, delivery staff, and vehicles in apartments / offices / commercial premises in Basaveshwara Nagar

- Patrolling: Conduct regular rounds of the premises, parking areas, and perimeter to ensure safety

- Surveillance: Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity immediately

- Incident Response: Handle emergencies, fire safety protocols, and first aid basics. Coordinate with local police if needed

- Record Keeping: Maintain visitor log, gate register, and handover reports

- Customer Service: Greet residents/guests politely and assist with directions or basic queries

Requirements:

- Age: 25- 35 years

- Education: Minimum 10th pass.



Ability to read/write Kannada, Hindi, and basic English preferred

- Physical Fitness: Good health and stamina for standing/walking/patrolling

- Skills: Discipline, alertness, honest, good communication

- Documents: Aadhaar, Police Verification Certificate, and previous experience letter if any, medial certificate

- Training: Ex-servicemen / trained security guard certificate from agencies like SIS, G4S, or KSP is an advantage

What we offer:

- Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month depending on experience

- Uniform, ID card, and basic training provided

- Weekly off + PF/ESI as per company policy
