· Discrepancy Analysis: Investigate the root causes of inventory shrinkage, such as misplacement, data entry errors, theft, or damages.

· System Maintenance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records in the WMS/ERP system.

· Reporting: Generate detailed reports on inventory findings, including valuation, damaged goods, and valuation adjustments for management review.

· Process Improvement: Identify and fix gaps in the supply chain process, such as inefficient receiving or picking procedures.

· Compliance: Ensure all inventory movements adhere to established company policies and safety standards.
