About The Role

As the Sales Leader for Rippling's Payroll Product in India,



you will lead our next phase of hyper-growth as we scale our market presence. In this role, you will create and implement the market strategy to drive continued growth of an already high-performing sales organization of Account Executives and SDRs.

Your primary responsibility will be scaling this revenue engine—creating a strategy, developing frontline managers, hiring top performing account executives, optimizing GTM playbooks, and expanding our footprint across India. The title will be Senior Manager (but open to Director depending on the scope of your leadership experience), you will play a pivotal role in establishing Rippling's Global Product Suite as the dominant market leader in the region.

This role is based in Bangalore (3-day hybrid)

- Scale from 1 to 10: Take an established, successful sales foundation and execute the strategies, team structures, and operational coverage needed to rapidly scale our India market share.
