You will be part of a talented engineering team building next-generation intelligent applications that combine traditional software engineering with Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications, AI-powered workflows, and autonomous agents that solve real-world business challenges.

We are looking for a strong Python Developer with experience in Generative AI and Agentic Application Development to join our engineering team. If you are passionate about building scalable, high-performance solutions using Python, LLMs, AI frameworks, and up-to-date cloud-native technologies, we'd love to have you join us in our Chennai Technology Hub.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based enterprise applications and AI-powered solutions.
- Build and deploy Agentic AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), orchestration frameworks, and tool integrations.




- Develop intelligent workflows using technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, MAF or similar frameworks.
- Integrate enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms with AI applications using MCP (Model Context Protocol) and related integration patterns.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Create technical designs, solution approaches for AI-driven applications.
- Develop high-performance backend services with strong database and data processing capabilities.
- Design and optimize prompts, agent workflows, memory management, and context orchestration strategies.
- Conduct research, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, security, and adherence to software engineering best practices.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and automated testing strategies
