Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with proven expertise in generating quality B2B and B2C leads for the USA and Indian markets.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other lead generation channels.

Key Responsibilities

*Generating qualified B2B & B2C leads (USA & India)

*Managing campaigns across Meta, Google, Bing & LinkedIn Ads

*Driving performance through Google Search, Display,



YouTube & remarketing

*Optimizing KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and scaling profitable campaigns

*Implementing GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & conversion tracking

*Aligning with sales teams to improve lead quality & conversions

Required Skills

* 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and lead generation.

* Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft/Bing Ads.

* Experience generating leads for USA and Indian markets.

* Solid knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

* Understanding of marketing funnels, CRM systems, landing-page optimization, and attribution.

* Experience with keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.

* Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

* Willingness to work the US shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
