Core Experience
- 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst in enterprise environments
- Robust experience in:
- process analysis and design
- requirements gathering and documentation
- data analysis and reporting
Sustainability / ESG Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Sustainability / ESG preferred, including:
- GHG data management and reporting
- familiarity with ESG frameworks (e.g., CSRD / ESRS beneficial)
- Candidates with strong enterprise and audit experience and interest in sustainability are encouraged to apply
Preferred / Nice To Have
- Experience supporting ERP ecosystem environments (Finance, HR, Operations)
- Exposure to audit-controlled environments, such as:
- Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
- or equivalent regulatory frameworks (e.g., Japanese internal controls)
- Experience supporting systems used for compliance, reporting, or audit

This role will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, defining system requirements, and supporting solution delivery and platform operations within a complex, multi-system environment.
The role requires a strong foundation in business analysis, process design, and systems integration, with the opportunity to develop or deepen expertise in sustainability (ESG), including GHG reporting and regulatory frameworks.
