Role Description The Food and Safety Tech Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Vaghodia. This role is responsible for overseeing food safety practices across production lines, ensuring compliance with ISO and FSSC standards, and maintaining robust hygiene and quality control protocols.
The Food and Safety Tech Lead will coordinate with production, R&D;, and QA teams to implement protected food preparation processes, monitor ingredient handling, and conduct regular inspections and audits. Day-to-day tasks include training staff on food safety procedures, reviewing and updating SOPs, investigating non-conformities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in food and beverage operations. The role also involves documenting safety performance, supporting certification requirements, and collaborating with leadership to enhance product safety and consumer trust.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Food Preparation, Food & Beverage operations, and Food Service management.
