Join Barclays as AVP Regulatory Assurance, where you'll provide first class support to our clients by managing and providing the full range of control services to the Finance Function to support risk management across the Controls setting. To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
- Lead delivery of regulatory assurance reviews across assigned Finance and Regulatory Reporting processes, assessing compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and control standards.
- Execute end-to-end assurance activities including planning, risk assessment, testing, issue validation, root cause analysis, and reporting of findings.
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of key controls supporting regulatory reporting, prudential compliance, and finance governance processes.
- Identify control weaknesses, emerging risks, and thematic trends, providing clear and practical recommendations to strengthen the control environment.




- Track remediation activities and validate issue closure to ensure sustainable resolution of control deficiencies.
- Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, and Control Owner teams to facilitate assurance reviews and drive timely resolution of findings.
