We are looking for a highly hands-on Email Marketing & Intent Generation Manager to help build a scalable outbound marketing engine that does more than send emails — it identifies buying intent and converts engagement into warm leads for our BDR and Sales teams.
About the Role
This is not a traditional email marketing role. We are looking for someone who has personally managed high-volume email campaigns involving thousands of emails, understands the technical side of email deliverability,
and knows how to analyze prospect behavior to determine who is showing real buying intent.
Your ultimate objective will be easy:
Run campaigns → Measure engagement → Identify intent → Deliver prioritized warm leads to Sales.
You will own the email marketing process from campaign creation and deliverability through website engagement tracking, intent scoring, lead prioritization, and Sales handoff.
What You'll OwnHigh-Volume B2B Email Campaigns
- Plan and execute outbound campaigns reaching thousands of targeted B2B prospects
- Build multi-step email sequences and nurture campaigns
- Develop subject lines, email messaging, CTAs, and follow-up sequences
Intent Scoring & Warm Lead Generation
A major part of this role will be determining which prospects are actually interested and should be contacted by Sales.
You will combine email engagement with website and CRM activity to build an actionable intent score.
