Role Overview

As a Center Manager, you will be the complete business owner of the spa center. This is not just an operations role — you will be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while also identifying growth opportunities, improving customer experience, and leading your team to achieve business goals.





Key Responsibilities: -
- Own overall center performance including revenue, profitability, costs, and achievement of business targets
- Drive revenue growth through services, memberships, retail sales, and local marketing initiatives
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining brand SOPs, hygiene, service quality, and audit compliance
- Monitor budgets, control costs, manage inventory, and track key business KPIs for performance improvement
- Deliver exceptional guest experience, handle escalations, and drive guest retention and positive reviews
- Build and maintain solid relationships with hotel/resort partners and external stakeholders
- Lead, manage, hire, and develop the center team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and foster a culture of accountability and service excellence
