Job Description

Solution Design & Implementation

β€’ Interact with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify and understand requirements.

β€’ Translate requirements into technical designs, configuration specifications, and implementation plans.

β€’ Lead Windchill configuration and customization to meet functional and technical requirements.

β€’ Support PLM implementation, upgrade, and migration activities across the delivery lifecycle.

Windchill Development & Configuration

β€’ Configure and customize Windchill PDMLink components, workflows, lifecycle states, roles, and access controls.

β€’ Develop and review Windchill extensions and integrations in line with solution standards.

β€’ Support data migration, validation, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization.

β€’ Apply structured methodologies to define, implement,



and maintain end-to-end package-based solutions.

Technical Leadership

β€’ Guide the development team on technical design, coding standards, troubleshooting, and delivery practices.

β€’ Conduct design and code reviews and ensure quality across technical deliverables.

β€’ Coordinate with cross-functional teams for application and technology integrations.

β€’ Communicate solution decisions, dependencies, risks, and progress to client and internal stakeholders.

Delivery & Support

β€’ Contribute to project planning, requirement analysis, process mapping, estimation, testing, and release activities.

β€’ Troubleshoot defects and production issues and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

β€’ Prepare technical design, configuration, migration, and deployment documentation.
