Position: Sales Team Leader / Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Handle and coordinate a team of 5–6 Sales Executives.

Manage and monitor all incoming sales enquiries and leads.

Track each enquiry/lead and check its current status and follow-up.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper and timely follow-up.

Communicate with customers and understand if they are facing any issues or require any assistance.

Maintain regular follow-up with customers and the sales team.

Ensure enquiries are properly handled and converted/closed.

Monitor the complete sales process and ensure that pending leads are followed up properly.

Take responsibility for the overall coordination and closure of sales enquiries.





Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Team Leader / Sales Coordinator / similar role.

Candidate should have experience in handling a sales team and managing leads/enquiries.

Positive communication and customer-handling skills are required.

Should be capable of coordinating multiple sales executives and ensuring proper follow-ups.
