Business Development Executive – US Recruitment & Staffing (Freshers)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support client acquisition and business growth in the US Recruitment, Staffing, and Non-IT Services market.

This is a outstanding opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals interested in sales, client communication, lead generation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and connect with potential US clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and present suitable recruitment solutions.
- Build client relationships and follow up on business opportunities.
- Maintain lead and client information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with recruiters to support successful placements.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Business or any relevant bachelor's degree.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales and business development.
- Proactive, confident, and willing to learn.
