Job Role: Senior Application Support Engineer (.NET Technologies)

About the Role
- We are seeking highly motivated and technically proficient Application Support Engineers to join our AMS (Application Management Services) team.
- The ideal candidate will have solid experience in C#, .NET technologies, Web Services, SQL Databases, and VBA development/support.
- The role requires working in a dynamic production support environment with defined SLAs, ensuring application stability, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
- The successful candidate should be adaptable, customer-focused, and capable of performing under pressure while managing multiple priorities in a business-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Application Support & Maintenance
- Provide L2/L3/L4 support for business-critical applications in accordance with agreed SLAs.
- Monitor application performance and promptly resolve incidents, service requests,



and production issues.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems across applications, databases, and integrations.
- Coordinate with business users, development teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors for issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring incidents.
- Manage application deployments, patching, configuration changes, and release support activities.

Technical Development & Enhancements
- Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET technologies.
- Create and consume Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs) and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
- Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and scripts.
- Maintain and support VBA-based solutions and automations used by business teams.
