Join us as an AVP Product Owner - Engagement, Commercial & Customer Interactions where you can help shape the future of customer communications at Barclays. We are looking for a delivery-focused and collaborative individual to support the enhancement and transformation of our Statements & Documents capabilities, helping ensure customers receive clear, compliant and effective communications across digital and traditional channels.

This role plays an important part in delivering improvements to customer-facing document journeys, supporting platform modernisation initiatives and driving change across our Statements & Documents estate. You will work closely with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Product teams to translate business requirements into deliverable solutions, ensuring initiatives are implemented successfully and deliver positive customer and business outcomes.

As an AVP Product Owner - Engagement, Commercial & Customer Interactions, you will be responsible for managing initiatives from concept through to implementation, coordinating stakeholders,



tracking delivery outcomes and supporting the ongoing evolution of our document generation, storage and retrieval capabilities.

To be successful as an AVP Product Owner - Engagement, Commercial & Customer Interactions you should have:
- Experience delivering business, digital or technology change initiatives.
- Strong project and delivery management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with Technology teams to define requirements and deliver customer or operational improvements.
- Ability to analyse data and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting the delivery of customer-facing digital journeys or service enhancements.
- Understanding of risk, controls and governance within a regulated environment.
