Position Summary

The Assistant Manager supports institutional OCIO mandates by delivering high-quality client reporting, portfolio analytics, cash and liquidity coordination, investment operations support, data validation, audit support and RFP-related data support. The role partners with Investment Strategists, Portfolio Managers, Client Executives, Risk, Performance, Accounting, Custody, Operations and external stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely and client-ready outputs while maintaining solid controls and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and ad hoc client reporting covering asset allocation, investment performance, attribution, statement of assets/change, market value movements, funded status and related portfolio metrics.
- Validate performance, benchmark-relative results, attribution outputs, asset allocation data and commentary inputs from respective teams before materials are shared with internal or external stakeholders.
- Support preparation of quarterly investment review decks, client panels,



internal investment panels and other portfolio review materials.
- Familiarity with liability-driven investing, funded status reporting, hedge ratio analytics, alternatives reporting.
- Monitor portfolio cash balances, upcoming liquidity needs, withdrawals, contributions, capital calls and distributions where applicable/client account demands.
- Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, Operations and internal teams to identify funding gaps and support timely execution of client obligations.
- Assist with investment implementation items such as benchmark changes, strategic asset allocation updates, manager transitions and reporting setup changes.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation across source systems and reporting platforms, including market value, holdings, unit price, cost, NAV, cash, transactions and performance data.
