Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in travel planning, sales, or customer service roles.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve client issues quickly.
- Familiarity with domestic and international travel regulations and requirements.
