As a Product Design Lead on the HRIS team, you'll play a key role in shaping and scaling Rippling's core HR platform, helping businesses manage their workforce more efficiently across the globe.

You'll own end-to-end product experiences across high-impact areas, from core workflows like hiring and organizational data management to compliance and more. You'll help define a new generation of AI-first experiences, reimagining how work gets done through intelligent, proactive, and increasingly autonomous products that reduce manual effort and free our customers to work on hard problems.
