IT/OT Automation Engineer

Location: Hyderabad, India

Join Lonza's Global Infrastructure team as an IT/OT Automation Engineer, where you will play a key role in driving the automation strategy across IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. This position offers the prospect to design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale automation platforms, enabling secure, compliant, and standardized infrastructure operations across Lonza's global manufacturing network.

This is an office-first role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and maintain an enterprise automation platform based on Ansible technologies (AAP, AWX) to support IT and OT environments globally.
- Develop, test, and deploy reusable automation playbooks, roles, and modules that enable standardized, secure, and scalable infrastructure operations.
