Role Description
- We are seeking a Vice President to act as Product Owner for document digitisation and unstructured-to-structured data solutions across Operations.
- This role sits within the Operations Transformation function and is responsible for shaping and delivering products that convert unstructured content (e.g. emails, PDFs, trade documents, client communications) into structured, actionable data embedded within core operational workflows.
- You will partner closely with Operations stakeholders to define problem statements and with Technology teams to design, build, and deploy scalable solutions that drive efficiency, control, and client experience improvements.
- This is a high-impact role at the centre of transforming Operations through AI, automation, and data. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in redefining how unstructured information is leveraged to drive intelligent,
automated workflows across the bank.
