Client is looking for a Compute L2 Engineer to join its Global Technical Support team, supporting enterprise customers across the globe. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving compute/server infrastructure issues, maintaining system availability, handling customer escalations, and ensuring timely incident resolution within defined SLAs.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting enterprise server environments, strong troubleshooting skills, basic storage and networking knowledge, and the ability to work directly with customers in a fast-paced support setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve compute/server infrastructure issues.
- Investigate server hardware and performance-related incidents.
- Support enterprise server environments and ensure system availability.
- Analyze logs, alerts, and hardware diagnostics to identify root causes.
- Work on incident management, problem resolution, and escalations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and engineering groups for complex issues.
- Provide technical support to global customers via calls, emails, and ticketing systems.
- Ensure compliance with SLA and customer support commitments.
- Perform issue tracking, documentation, and case management activities.
- Participate in shift-based support operations covering global regions.
