The Role
- You will own a $1.5M book of existing Hevo customers.
- You will carry a $450K annual expansion target across that book.

Responsibilities
- Drive upsell and cross-sell across your book to hit your expansion target.
- Build account expansion strategies tied to customer business goals.
- Own renewals,



retention, and account health for your book.
- Build relationships with senior data and engineering decision-makers.
- Run QBRs that show ROI and surface growth opportunities.
- Use customer usage data to recommend the right next expansion motion.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing on account strategy.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account plans.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management (Expansion heavy).
- A proven track record of upselling and cross-selling into existing accounts.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-driven sales.
- Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills.
- A data-driven approach to forecasting and reading usage signals.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Robust communication skills across all stakeholder levels, from engineering champions to CFOs.
