Grow Your Staff is looking for a Corporate Relations & Operations Manager for a Hyderabad-based executive leadership and membership organization that brings together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry experts through curated events, strategic partnerships, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. This is a full-time on-site position.

The role offers excellent growth opportunities. You will be working directly with the CEO and senior leadership to oversee administrative operations, executive coordination, corporate relations, stakeholder engagement, membership growth, sponsorships, and high-profile events. This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct exposure to board-level strategy and organizational governance, offering the prospect to build scalable operational processes and shape the future of a growing organization.

As the organisation continues to expand, you will play a key role in establishing and coordinating core business functions, including Membership & Community, Sponsorship & Partnerships, Events & Experience, Communications & Brand,



and Operations & CRM. You will collaborate closely with these functions while helping build the operational foundation that supports the organization's long-term growth and strategic vision.

Experience required: 5+ years

Time: 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM

CTC: 12 LPA- 20 LPA

Responsibilities:
- Manage board, trustee, and leadership coordination, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Provide executive support to the CEO and senior leadership through calendar management, meeting coordination, documentation, and task tracking.
- Drive end-to-end membership operations, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, CRM management, and lifecycle reporting.
