Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end logistics and C&F; operations. Coordinate with dealerships, distributors, transporters, and warehouse teams. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods as per business requirements. Monitor inventory movement and stock availability across warehouses. Plan vehicle allocation and optimize transportation costs. Handle order processing, dispatch planning, and shipment tracking. Resolve logistics-related issues with dealers, transporters, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and documentation. Coordinate with sales, accounts, and warehouse departments for seamless operations. Monitor warehouse productivity and improve operational efficiency. Prepare logistics MIS, dispatch reports, and inventory reports. Manage claims related to shortages, damages, and delivery discrepancies.



Maintain solid relationships with transport vendors and C&F; partners. Drive process improvements to reduce turnaround time and logistics costs. Preferred Industry

Experience handling dealership or distributor-based logistics operations. Strong understanding of C&F; processes and warehouse management. Experience working with FMCG distribution networks will be highly preferred. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, transporters, and internal departments. Capable of leading a team while ensuring operational excellence and timely deliveries. Qualification:
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. MBA/PG Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics will be an added advantage.
