We are building an in-house marketing team and are looking for a hands-on content creator who can capture the real HiLabs experience and convert it into engaging digital content.

Role Overview

The Digital Content & Social Media Intern will be responsible for creating and publishing digital marketing content across HiLabs’ social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and produce digital content based on the approved brand strategy and campaign briefs.
- Shoot videos and photographs of classes, student activities, projects, faculty sessions, workshops and events.
- Develop Reel concepts, scripts, captions, headlines, hooks and calls to action.
- Edit Reels, student testimonials, faculty videos, promotional videos and other short-form content.
- Create social media posts,



carousels, stories, thumbnails and basic promotional designs.
- Publish and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Manage comments, messages and routine audience engagement.
- Identify relevant social media trends and adapt them appropriately for the HiLabs brand.
- Repurpose a single activity or video into multiple content formats.
- Maintain an organised repository of raw footage, photographs, project files and final content.
- Create multiple content variations for organic and paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor content performance and share relevant observations with the marketing team.
- Coordinate with students, faculty and team members for content shoots.
- Ensure that all published content follows HiLabs’ brand, quality and communication guidelines.
