We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who understands that digital marketing is not just about posting content, boosting posts, or increasing followers.
We need someone who understands why people stop, watch, engage, enquire and eventually become customers.
Your job will be to combine Content + Consumer Psychology + Data + Paid Advertising to grow our social media presence and generate quality leads.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Build and execute our Instagram, Facebook and YouTube growth strategy:
- Plan content calendars with the creative team
- Identify content topics based on audience interests, search behaviour and market trends
- Work closely with videographers, editors and content creators
- Analyse which Reels/videos are performing and why:
- Improve hooks, thumbnails, captions, CTAs and content positioning
- Run and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads:
- Create lead-generation and remarketing campaigns
- Track leads from Ad → Landing Page/WhatsApp → Enquiry → Conversion:
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, hooks and offers
- Build retargeting audiences
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets
- Prepare easy weekly/monthly performance reports
