Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and event participants
- Manage event schedules, logistics, and operational activities
- Handle attendee inquiries and ensure a positive event experience
- Support event operations before, during, and after events
- Maintain records and prepare event-related reports
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful event execution
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
