Job Description: Graphic Designer (Exhibitions & Events)

Key Responsibilities
- Create creative designs for exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and corporate events.
- Design exhibition stall graphics, backdrops, banners, standees, signage, posters, brochures, and event collaterals.
- Create branding concepts and visual identities for events and campaigns.
- Adapt designs according to different sizes, formats, platforms, and printing requirements.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop client presentations and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with printers, fabricators, production vendors, and other suppliers to ensure accurate output.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure correct dimensions, resolution, colors, and file formats.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.
- Make revisions based on client and internal team feedback.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Keep up to date with current design trends, creative styles, and industry standards.

Required Skills & Experience




- 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in exhibitions, events, advertising, branding, or media.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Figma, Canva, or other design tools will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, branding, and visual communication.
- Experience with both digital and print design.
- Knowledge of exhibition/stall graphics and large-format printing is preferred.
- Solid attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to understand design briefs and convert concepts into effective visual designs.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
