Purpose of the Role

Drive EV charger revenue by acquiring customers, developing channel partners, identifying and winning tenders, and expanding Prian's market footprint. This is a hands-on role for a sales professional who can build the market rather than simply manage an existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
- Own monthly,



quarterly and annual EV charger sales targets.
- Generate new customers through field sales, prospecting, networking, referrals and market visits.
- Identify, appoint and manage dealers, distributors, system integrators and EPC partners.
- Build a productive channel network across Pune, Maharashtra and assigned territories.
- Identify government, PSU, institutional, corporate and private EV charging tenders.
- Monitor tender portals and coordinate compliant technical and commercial responses.
- Work with management, engineering, projects and finance to maximize tender win probability.
- Build relationships with fleet operators, corporates, developers, hotels, hospitals, fuel stations and institutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, demonstrations and techno-commercial discussions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals and drive negotiations through order closure.
