Role Overview:

* The Sales Lead – Passive Products will be responsible for driving the growth
and distribution of Franklin Templeton’s passive investment solutions,
including ETFs and index-based products. Based in Mumbai, this senior
leadership role will work closely with institutional, intermediary, and
distribution partners while aligning internal sales teams and contributing to
strategic book-building initiatives across passive strategies.





WHAT ARE THE ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES OF INSTITUTIONAL SALES MANAGER?

Sales & Business Development:

* Lead and execute the sales strategy for passive products (ETFs, index funds,
and related solutions) across assigned channels.

* Build and deepen relationships with institutional clients, distributors,
wealth managers, banks, and large advisors.

* Drive asset growth through recent fund launches, mandates, and secondary market
liquidity initiatives for ETFs.

Client Engagement & Market Interface:

* Act as the primary client interface for key accounts, delivering thought
leadership on passive investing and portfolio construction.

* Present product solutions tailored to client needs, including ETF adoption,
asset allocation, and cost-efficient investment strategies.

* Represent Franklin Templeton at client meetings, industry forums,
conferences, and roadshows.

Sales Team Alignment & Leadership:

* Work closely with region
