Purpose of Role

The Marketing & Brand Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all marketing, branding, digital marketing, employer branding, content creation, exhibition marketing, and sales collateral activities of CSE Solutions.

The role will act as the single point of contact between CSE Solutions and external marketing agencies while ensuring timely collection of information, approvals, content, and execution of marketing initiatives.

The objective is to strengthen CSE Solutions' brand visibility, support lead generation activities, attract talent, improve customer engagement, and create a strong digital presence across all relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

A. Marketing Agency Coordination
- Act as the primary coordinator between CSE Solutions and Virtual Pebbles (or any future marketing agency).
- Conduct weekly review meetings with the agency.
- Track marketing deliverables against agreed timelines.
- Ensure timely approvals from management.
- Monitor execution of website, SEO, LinkedIn, branding, content, and campaign activities.




- Maintain a marketing activity tracker and monthly status report.

B. Website & Digital Presence
- Coordinate website updates and new content additions.
- Collect project information, photos, videos, certifications, and technical data for website updates.
- Ensure company information remains updated on website.
- Coordinate creation of recent service pages, industry pages, and case studies.
- Monitor website inquiries and ensure routing to the appropriate sales personnel.
- Track website analytics and monthly performance reports.

C. Project Showcasing & Case Studies
- Coordinate collection of photographs and videos of completed projects before dispatch.
- Coordinate with project teams for technical information and implementation details.
- Maintain a repository of project photographs, videos, and customer references.
- Support preparation of:
