About The Department:

* The Compliance Review Team (CRT) is a dynamic and creative team within
Franklin Templeton’s Global Compliance department. Operating as part of the
firm’s second line of defence, CRT provides independent oversight across
Franklin Templeton’s investment advisers and associated service providers
globally. The team delivers targeted assurance that the business operates in
line with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. CRT identifies




and assesses regulatory risk through an agile program of periodic compliance
risk assessments and thematic reviews of key regulatory areas. The team works
closely with Compliance Officers and business stakeholders worldwide to
deliver practical insights and drive continuous improvement in compliance
oversight.
