WHAT IS THE SENIOR MANAGER / AVP – RETAIL ADVISORY SERVICES (RAS) RESPONSIBLE
FOR?

* The role of the AVP in the Retail Advisory Services team is responsible for
formulating and driving strategy and managing key relationships across a
selected set of distribution relationships, viz. National Distributors,
Fintech or Independent Financial Advisors.

WHAT ARE THE ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES OF SENIOR MANAGER / AVP – RAS?

* Manage the key distributor relationships - research,



product, and sales
strategy teams centrally for all national distributors.

* Drive projects and initiatives to manage and develop the central gatekeeper
relationships across NDs.

* Achieve and exceed the sales target of the retail distribution for the
assigned set of relationships, along with the regional sales teams.

* Work with the senior sales leadership team in the country to improve sales
delivery across NDs and get funds approved and recommended for sale on
various ND platforms.

* Strategize the business strategy with the distributors – products, pricing,
sales across locations, events, etc.

* Suggest pricing changes and do impact analysis of pricing models so that the
overall objective of the firm is met.

* Coordinate the execution of sales strategy with the regional teams
internally.

* Independently plan and suggest strategic initiatives.
