Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced State Head - RCU to lead and manage the Risk Containment Unit (RCU) operations across the state. The role will be responsible for strengthening fraud prevention, field investigation, customer due diligence, vendor oversight, and risk-control mechanisms while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable RBI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the RCU agency/team across the state, ensuring effective oversight of fraud prevention and field investigation activities.
- Oversee field verification, customer due diligence, and vendor audits to ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and RBI guidelines.
- Monitor and identify fraud indicators, process gaps, early warning signals, and emerging fraud patterns across business operations.
- Collaborate closely with Credit,



Operations, Legal, Analytics, and other relevant teams to strengthen risk controls and fraud prevention mechanisms.
- Conduct and drive root-cause analysis (RCA) of fraud cases and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented and tracked to closure.
- Ensure timely investigation, documentation, reporting, and escalation of suspected fraud and high-risk cases.
- Manage relationships with RCU agencies, external investigators, vendors, and other field partners, ensuring quality, productivity, and compliance.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies, external investigators, and regulatory authorities whenever required.
- Ensure proper case documentation, evidence collection, and evidence readiness for investigations and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Track state-level RCU performance through relevant MIS, dashboards, investigation reports, and risk metrics.
