The Warehouse Incharge is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, and personnel supervision. The role ensures productive operations, accurate inventory records, and compliance with safety standards while supporting organizational goals..

Responsibilities & Duties:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Optimize layout and ensure proper handling to prevent goods damage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct audits, and forecast stock needs.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, including training and performance reviews.
- Coordinate shipments and liaise with transport vendors for timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety training.




- Generate reports on inventory, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in varying temperatures, and spend long hours standing.

Salary

Upto 30K CTC
